Boral Limited is a multinational company manufacturing and supplying building and construction materials. It was founded in 1946 and is the country’s largest construction materials and building products supplier with operations in all states and territories. It also has operations in other parts of the world including the United States and Asia. In Australia, Boral supplies concrete, quarry products, asphalt, cement, roof tiles, timber, and masonry to build infrastructure, residential construction, and commercial buildings.

As one of the biggest manufacturer and supplier of building and construction materials in Australia, it’s vital for them to keep their staff up to date on the company’s movements, plans and KPIs. To achieve this, Boral holds daily pre-start meetings to share Daily Plans and other information with the staff.

The daily morning presentation requires the supervisor to consolidate information and send it to office staffs who then manually write it on a whiteboard prior to the meeting.
